REDinNYC is a networking organization dedicated to the real estate industry. Every month they host an event that has not only the best and brightest in the sector attending; it also hosts “fireside chats” which is a question and answer interview with a prominent NYC real estate insider. This month Michael Stern of JDS Development was the “fireside chatter,” and he spoke about his success in the development arena and discussed his opinions on choosing the right partners, locations, and architects. It was the place to be with over 600 people attending the August event including Robert Gladstone of Madison Equities.

The next event in September will be held at the Dream Hotel in Chelsea. Scheduled to appear is Morris Moinian of Fortuna Realty Group.
