Nestled in Hudson Yards at 515 West 38th Street is a new concept in residential living called Henry Hall. This area of Manhattan is beginning to take shape with new projects finally coming to fruition and residents moving in. Henry Hall is a different kind of rental more like a boutique hotel that is redefining luxury for a new generation of New Yorkers. Offering 225 new rental units from studios to two-bedrooms (some terraced), this rental building offers more than the standard apartment. Hpen layouts with great designs: These are elements not seen in a rental apartment. One of these is high-end appliances in the kitchens including Bosch and KitchenAid refrigerator. Waterworks fixtures are standard in the kitchens and Kohler fixtures are standard in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are beautiful with subway tiles, custom medicine cabinets, and rain shower heads. Bosch washer/dryers are standard throughout.
Other design details brought to us by Ken Fulk include oversized steel-encased windows, ash hardwood flooring, quartz countertops in the kitchen, and the hexagonal-tiled floors in the bathrooms denote the sponsors took this a step further. Particularly useful is the integrated vanity lighting that complements the custom medicine cabinets. The apartments are delightful indeed, with design decisions heralding a higher standard than your average apartment. But it is the lifestyle defining amenities that bring this new standard to Hudson Yards.
AMENITIES
There is music in the common hallways and elevators of this building. They have a large gym area with Peleton machines, free weights, and they also offer customized fitness programs. The roof deck is designed for watching sunsets over the Hudson (apartments have fabulous western views). The resident lounge has a chef’s kitchen with a private dining room and wine room. If that isn’t enough, take a look at the restaurant and bar by Delicious Hospitality Group on the second floor. But one of the coolest amenities of Henry Hall is their Jam Room, a cozy little nook filled with instruments and karaoke, and soundproofed. It even has mics and an Apple computer for recording.
IT HAS IT ALL
