Matching matte black chrome Dornbracht fixtures complete the design. The contrasting black and white kitchen with concrete ceilings and wood floors work very well together. The kitchens have Bosch, Sub-Zero, and Liebherr appliances.

Even though the space is composed of a dark hue, there is plenty of light entering the space with almost floor to ceiling windows. The windows are high quality triple paned German Schüco windows with black casings.

The master baths are well designed too with Bianco Carrera Marble walls. Two nice design details are the high arched faucets (in the kitchen too) and oversized wall tiles. The vertically laid textured tiles in the powder rooms accentuate the very high ceilings. Quality fixtures are throughout with Lacava double sinks with custom floating vanities, deep soaking tubs, and Robern frameless medicine cabinets. The wet rooms have great niche factor.

All units have terraces or balconies, plenty of walk-in closets, and recess LED lighting. The penthouse units are unique bi-level, full-floor with views both North and South. They also boast multiple outdoor spaces with private roof deck spaces, and balconies off the master bedrooms.

AMENITIES
There are some fitting amenities included: Virtual doorman with video intercom, inviting rooftop terrace, private storage for every residence completes this picture.

You may not notice it is a new development because the exterior is made of richly colored dark red brick that looks old, unlike the more modern vibrantly red bricks of today. The location is ideal since you’re close to everything Williamsburg has to offer.
