Imagine a home not only defined by style and luxurious finishes but equipped to deliver the legendary Ritz-Carlton service. From concierge services to a dedicated residential management team, a lifestyle of privacy and comfort awaits.

Enter The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Portland, situated atop Block 216, a stunning 35-story mixed-use tower that offers magnificent views of the city and has become a landmark in this dynamic Pacific Northwest city. Honoring the heritage and grandeur of The Ritz-Carlton brand, the building showcases Portland’s unique personality in an innovative space complete with the luxury that Residence Owners expect.

ON TOP OF THE WORLD
The 132 Residences soar on floors 21-35 of the tower, which also houses The Ritz-Carlton, Portland hotel. Each of the one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, ranging from 1,100 to 4,000 square feet, include a private balcony where Owners can enjoy breathtaking views of Portland’s downtown skyline, Willamette River, and unobstructed views of Mount Hood, Mount Saint Helens, Mount Rainier, and Mount Adams.

The Residences feature an exquisite assembly of finishes that create comfortable luxury and evoke the spirit of discovery of the Northwest. From the tribal legends of the region’s waterfalls and peaks to the penny coin toss that gave Portland its name, the legacy of the region is subtly captured in physical spaces throughout. Deeply rooted in nature, The Residences feature wood, marble, copper, and crystal accents connecting them to the nearby forests, Cascade Mountains, and wild Pacific Coast.

A PRIVATE OASIS
The Residences have a designated concierge staff fully equipped to assist in a wide range of personal arrangements, including private air or car service reservations, common space housekeeping, valet service, and more. In addition, the Exclusive Owners’ Lounge on the 8th floor is a private oasis complete with wine lockers, an outdoor patio, and private meeting and creative spaces.

Additionally, Owners enjoy access to unparalleled amenities within the building, including a sprawling signature restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Pedro Almeida, an expansive infinity pool and jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and yoga studio, and The Ritz-Carlton Spa®, Portland. Additionally, Owners become part of the Marriott International Luxury Residences Program, with exclusive privileges and benefits at locations around the world.

A NATURAL WONDER
Further than just delivering on the luxuries, GBD Architects sought to create a sustainable building that honors the natural beauty visible from the floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit. Starting at the top, the rooftop is planted with natural vegetation, which captures carbon and reduces emissions, along with a built-in drainage system to collect rainwater, reducing runoff that goes into the city streets and spreads pollutants, an important consideration in the Pacific Northwest. Inside each Residence, indoor air filters are 30 percent more effective than those recommended by LEED and ensure that only clean air enters the building. GBD also thoughtfully chose low-emitting interior finishes that are aligned with LEED standards.

To top off the want-for-nothing lifestyle of The Residences, the building’s ground floor is complete with FLOCK, an all-new open-air cuisine experience featuring some of Portland’s best-curated vendors. Before Block 216 rose 460 feet above downtown Portland, the location was home to a vibrant cluster of food carts, which served as one of the first places tourists, locals, and downtown professionals gathered for a taste of Portland’s celebrated food culture. So why not bring it back? The developers behind the project sought to do just that with the FLOCK food gallery.

Selling first-of-its-kind luxury Residences in Portland required an expert team; the marketing efforts of 503 Collective Inc./Adjancey Partners have reached potential buyers from around the globe and sold Residences at a record pace. Managing Partner Bryan Johnston comments, “This project appealed to us because it allowed us to open up Portland to a whole new audience and show the special culture here while also impressing the potential for luxury in a city that is known for its casual nature.”
