MvVO ART will present its 2026 exhibition at Waldorf Astoria New York during Armory Week, creating a high-profile showcase for contemporary artists in partnership with the legendary hotel and Guerlain Wellness Spa.

New York’s art calendar is getting a new destination moment.

MvVO ART has announced that its 2026 show will take place at Waldorf Astoria New York from September 21st through 27th, bringing contemporary art into one of the city’s most storied hotels during Armory Week. Presented in partnership with Waldorf Astoria New York and Guerlain Wellness Spa, the exhibition will unite artists, collectors, cultural leaders, and visitors at a time when the city is already alive with international attention.

Timed to coincide with both Armory Week and the United Nations General Assembly, the MvVO ART SHOW 2026 is positioned to reach a global audience. The exhibition will feature artists from MvVO ART’s established creative community, along with new voices selected through an open call running from May 1st through June 27th, 2026.

For artists, the opportunity is significant. MvVO ART has built its reputation by presenting contemporary work in highly visible New York locations, placing artists not only in galleries, but in the cultural and commercial spaces where the city meets the world. Past exhibitions have appeared at Sotheby’s, Times Square, Powerhouse Arts, the Oculus at the World Trade Center, and the New York Stock Exchange, giving participating artists access to audiences that extend beyond the traditional art world.

Founded in 2018, MvVO ART has grown into a large and engaged creative platform, working with more than 500 artists across disciplines. Its mission centers on connecting people through art, while creating opportunities for artists, brands, collectors, and cultural partners to engage in meaningful ways. Through exhibitions, private events, and initiatives such as The Collector Circle, the organization has cultivated an ecosystem that brings together artists, curators, collectors, and business leaders.

The Waldorf Astoria setting adds a new layer of history and prestige to that mission. Long associated with elegance, hospitality, diplomacy, and cultural exchange, the hotel offers a dramatic backdrop for contemporary art. The partnership also signals the renewed cultural energy surrounding the Waldorf as it continues to reclaim its place as a gathering point for New Yorkers and visitors alike.

“Bringing a contemporary art exhibition to Waldorf Astoria New York reflects our commitment to serving as a cultural beacon for locals and travelers to the city,” said Luigi Romaniello, Managing Director, Waldorf Astoria New York. “The hotel has a longstanding history of being a place for connection and our partnership with MvVO ART will bring artists and audiences together at the hotel in dynamic and meaningful ways.”

The collaboration with Guerlain Wellness Spa, part of the LVMH portfolio, further deepens the cultural connection. Guerlain’s legacy of artistic patronage aligns naturally with an exhibition designed to elevate contemporary artists within a luxury environment, creating an experience that links beauty, wellness, hospitality, and visual culture.

The 2026 exhibition will include a curated selection of artists working across a range of mediums. Final selections will be made by the MvVO ART Selection Committee, composed of leading collectors and art professionals. For artists entering through the open call, the show offers the chance to be seen in a landmark venue during one of the most important art weeks in New York.

“This collaboration reflects our commitment to connecting people through art and presenting artists in environments that elevate both their work and the way it is experienced, while creating opportunities for direct engagement with a global, influential audience,” said Maria van Vlodrop, Founder and CEO of MvVO ART.

At its core, the MvVO ART SHOW 2026 is about more than a venue. It reflects a broader shift in how contemporary art is experienced in New York—outside of expected spaces, inside iconic environments, and in conversation with the people, brands, institutions, and audiences that shape culture.
